WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
- Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- For the time being, we only offer shipping nationwide in the United States. We hope to one day be able to ship internationally, so keep an eye out!
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR GOT LOST?
- Please know that we carefully package and seal every order before shipping and the carrier is responsible for products during transit. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim if your order was lost.
- If your product was damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the damaged items.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
- Unfortunately, do to the nature of our small business and handmade products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final and we reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.
